The venues at Gasworks Arts Park are currently under Stage 4 lock down guidelines in response to COVID-19.
As of Sunday August 2nd, our galleries, workshops and theatres are closed to the public as per the Victorian Government's Stage 4 restrictions in the Metropolitan Melbourne area. This will remain in place for the next 6 weeks, and we hope to reopen promptly when allowed to do so safely.
Our off-leash dog park is open to the public for public exercise up to one hour, but we strongly encourage park users to be aware of social distancing and abide by government regulations surrounding face masks/coverings. Government mandated curfew will be in effect from 8pm to 5am daily, and travel to Gasworks Arts Park is only permitted for those who live within a 5km radius of the parklands. To determine if you are within this radius please check here.
Our farmer’s market has been deemed an essential service and is on the 3rd Saturday of every month, 8am to 1pm. As per government regulations, visitors are required to wear face masks or coverings when in public locations. The 5km radius rule is in effect for the Farmers Market & only one member per household may attend the market for up to one hour.
Priscilla Jones Cafe
The on-site Priscilla Jones cafe is open for take-away service only. The Café is open 7 days for takeaway food and take home meals from 7am to 2pm, and the park is open to the public for wellbeing exercise.
