Gasworks Spring Music Festival

Gasworks Spring Music Festival is back! Enjoy a relaxed afternoon of FREE live music in the luscious surrounds of the Gasworks park. Our final concert is on Sunday 23 November at 2pm, featuring Steve Purcell and the Pearly Shells supported by the Oscar Jimenez Trio.

Steve Purcell and the Pearly Shells have gained a reputation as Melbourne’s premier jazz and swing band, famous for their swinging back beat sound and Hollywood style. Steve Purcell and The Pearly Shells have been providing atmospheric soundtracks and irresistible dance grooves all around town and are sure to get the crowd up and dancing!

With the support of Multicultural Arts Victoria, and generous funding from the Victorian Multicultural Commission, our support act will be Afro-colombian rock and roots group, the Oscar Jimenez Trio.

The Gasworks Spring Music Festival is the ideal landscape to indulge in free music on a sunny Sunday afternoon. So pack a picnic, come down to Gasworks and bring your dog too!
