GM Records Presents

Universal Sounds Music Festival

With music, food, stalls and festivities, the Universal Sounds Music Festival presents for it’s first time ever, a family friendly, all welcoming, music festival like no other. With sold out shows and extra in demand performances during their first performance at Gasworks Arts Park during Melbourne Fringe 2016, Martin Gladman and Michael Benhayon have taken their second visit to the Gasworks Arts Park to a whole new level. Putting together not only a day of festivities but an incredible line up of Australian artists from across the country with musical stylings ranging from folk, pop, rock, r’n’b, indie, electronica, funk and disco and festivities including market stalls, garland making, face painting and nourishing foods, the day is set to be a beautiful day for all.

Including acts such as award winning soul singer-songwriter Carola Woods, previous Roadshow/Sony Music pop artist Rachel Kane and partner Benjamin Hurt, highly respected and seasoned all round musician Catherine Woods (Sounds of Soul), world famous indie/acoustic act Simon Asquith and his wife and musical partner Rebecca Asquith, local folk duo Mary-Lou Reed and Tim Robinson and the up and coming dynamic pop/rock artist and performer Martin Gladman, all supported by the outrageously talented GM Records Band, lead by Michael Benhayon himself – the day is set to be an incredible day of music, connection and fun.

Unique in every way, the Universal Sounds Music Festival presents a family friendly event with world class musicians, where all are welcomed and encourage to come together, celebrate themselves, each other and their communities, no matter who or what they may be. This is one festival not to be missed.
