Producing Like a Pro

Have you got a show coming up? Do you get overwhelmed with the producing side? Looking for better more productive ways to produce your next show like a pro? In this workshop Laura will show you how to do that and give you the basics in what you need to be more organised and professional in producing your festival season by getting on top of things sooner rather than later. We’ll look at the building blocks of producing within in a festival context, getting you excited about budgeting – oh yes it can be done – looking at marketing strategies for 2019 and how to master getting more bums on seats. This workshop is for self-producers, independent producers and artists.
