Gasworks Arts Park presents

From Nature 2017

This Spring, Gasworks Arts Park hosts beautiful organic sculptures as part of a nine day exhibition over two weekends. This exhibition offers visitors a distinctive and unique arts experience which displays organic ‘living’ public art in an accessible outdoor, daytime setting. Emerging from the ground, tree trunks, branches and walls, living sculptures will offer a window into the imagination. Sculptures will be made from natural materials including flowers, straw, sticks, stones and timber.

Artworks will be created all or in part offsite, then installed over 2 days into our beautiful parklands.

On arrival pick up a map and take yourself on a self-guided tour through the park. At the end of your walk vote for your favourite artwork. All artworks are in the running for the Audience Choice Prize, a $4,000 cash prize donated by the Gasworks Patron’s Foundation.

This project has been supported by the City of Port Phillip through the Cultural Development Fund.
