Creative Kiddies gives parents somewhere for their little ones to come and make some messy art and crafts, without having to worry about cleaning up! Children attend with an adult and we want to encourage a fun and relaxed environment for mums and dads whilst children meet and create. Our classes are aimed at 1.5-4 year olds. Our creative kiddies will get to experience different painting methods, drawing, constructing, sticking, pasting and cutting shapes. We will have a different theme each week and we will give your child a chance to have fun using a variety of materials for our arts and crafts activities.

Whilst they explore their creative side they learn about colour, shapes and texture. Creative play can also help to develop their imagination and hand-eye co-ordination skills as well as increasing concentration.
The muscles used in painting and drawing are the ones they use for everything from self feeding to buttoning a jacket to writing with a pencil. Encouraging these fine motor skills can therefore encourage independence plus those future drawing and writing skills. Just as importantly, though, just by giving your child some creative space and tools you will also end up with walls full of beautiful artwork to enjoy!

Explore the limitations, sabotages and blockages preventing you from aligning with your authentic self. Find out how not to give a ‘flying duck’ about what others think. Learn practical strategies and design fun rituals to reconnect with your intuition and rediscover who you really are. A great way to reach clarity in life decisions, career and relationships and find peace within yourself.

We have devised many versions of ourselves in order to survive in the world. To be accepted, approved of and loved we have decided to live and behave in ways that will best meet these needs. These behaviours are not always keeping with our true essence and can lead to stress and disillusionment. This often means that we feel trapped, weighed down, burdened by the expectations to be something we are not. True freedom comes from releasing yourself of the beliefs, behaviours and feelings that keep you from your authentic self. Learn to accept, love, be and express all of yourself without effort or resistance.

In this fun two day workshop you will learn how to:

  • Identify and release emotions, beliefs, masks and behaviours that keep you from being your authentic self
  • Identify internal barriers and blocks to being yourself
  • Learn how to develop a deeper connection with your intuition and rediscover who you really are
  • Learn how to find peace within and love all of you
  • Learn practical strategies and design fun rituals to embrace your authentic self
  • Learn new Kinesiology, Mind Detox, Energy Clearing and Meditation techniques to be free

Learn to be free of procrastination, worry, overwhelm, anxiety, self-criticism, indecisiveness and the need for approval. Stress is an addiction to using limiting beliefs, negative emotions and unhelpful behavioural patterns to achieve ‘success’ and experience feelings of peace, contentment and self-worth. While stress can bring results, it can also prevent you from being and feeling your best self, moving forward and being kind and loving to yourself and others.

Quitting stress can be difficult, fraught with withdrawal symptoms and prone to relapse because there is a fear of changing an approach that has proven effective or successful in the past. This fear can keep you addicted to stress even when you experience overwhelm, stagnation, anxiety or depression. Rehab involves letting go of fears and self-limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviours and creating an approach to life in which peace, contentment, self-worth and ‘success’ is achieved effortlessly.

The Rehab program involves 5 weekly two hour sessions designed to:

  • Identify the limiting beliefs & emotional needs that are causing your addiction to stress
  • Understand the root cause of your stress patterns & sabotaging behaviours
  • Recognise your stress triggers & your barriers to changing unhelpful beliefs, emotions & habits
  • Detox your mind, body and spirit of stress causing beliefs, emotions and behaviours
  • Learn practical strategies and design fun rituals to help let go of ‘the old’ and to support new self-loving behaviours
  • Learn new Kinesiology, Mind Detox, Energy Clearing and Meditation techniques to sustain ongoing rehab and prevent relapse
